Albert Mwesigwa is Social Scientist with strong academic background in Human Resource Management. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute, Masters in Public policy and management, A Bachelor of Social Science from Makerere University, A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute and post graduate diploma in Project planning and management.
He has undertaken wide range of performance improvement courses from the recognized institutions.
Albert Mwesigwa is an Institutional Development and Human Resource Manager who has worked for fifteen years in reputable Organizations nine of which at senior level. His expertise is mainly in developing and managing personnel systems, human resource planning, training, development, performance and reward management. He is well grounded in institutional planning, developing training manuals, Training and development of staff, human resource and administrative policies, systems, plans and procedures. He has an impeccable, in-depth knowledge and experience of Human resource tools under the five Human resource pillars i.e Recruitment and Selection, Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Healthy and Safety, Compensation and Benefits.
He has severally been involved in facilitating teamwork, team building and organizational strengthening for effective service delivery. Am extremely familiar with human resource development, planning and management, workshop organisations and facilitation. Experienced in training particularly, for skills improvement, leadership skills, conflict resolution, performance management, effective communication and organizational capacity need assessment and development.
